Vitmas Co. supplies complete plants under the special order with capacity from 3 000 up to 60 000 bottles per hour for PET, glass bottles, jars and kegs intended for water, soft drinks, beer, wine, vodka, liquors, oil, milk, yogurt and other food liquids bottling.

Our experience presents one important lesson: each line and production as a whole are original. Each project should be developed for each client individually. We have enough experience and knowledge for work in your conditions and within any contract design.

For you we have described the basic bottling stages, having created groups by the form of packing:

		Filling into PET: to your attention is offered the description of the basic stages of filling into PET and of the required equipment. All food and not food liquids can be filled into PET bottles with capacity from 0,25 up to 20 l. PET-packing became the leader in nonalcoholic and low alcoholic field.
		Filling into glass: here is offered the description of the basic stages of filling into glass bottles and of the filling equipment. Water, beer, wine, liquor, vodka and other alcoholic drinks are filled into glass bottles with capacity from 0,05 up to 10 l.
		Filling into metal tins: here is offered to you the description of the basic stages of filling into metal tins and of the required filling equipment. Water, juice, beer and others low alcoholic drinks are filled into metal tins. By results of the researches for 2002 carried out by Zenith International, the metal tin is recognized the leader among disposable packing for drinks.
		Filling into alternative packing. In this section is described the process of food liquids filling and packing into containers of the types such as KEG, Tetra Pack, Aspetic Carton Packaging, Bag in Box, LeanCover, LeanPouch, LeanPack and others. Milk, juice, oil, kefir, yogurt, water, wine and other food liquids are filled into similar packings.
