Rinsers with a screw guide. The grippers slide on a fixed screw guide allowing a bottle radial turnover. PET bottles are fixed accurately in nozzles, which inject water or a cleaning solution for a preset time. When injection is over, running-off cycle begins before bottles return in their initial position. Rinsing solution is accumulated in a tray to prevent leakage on to the machine desk. Also to prevent leakage, the machine is provided with a system "no bottle - no spray". Time of treatment is set by the manufacturer, in accordance with a customer requirements. Rinsers with a screw guide can be fitted with double rinsing and/or mobile nozzles inserted into a bottle for injection. Rinser operated by a support with a cog-wheel. In this structure the device, which opens and closes the grippers and overturns PET bottles, is operated by a support and a cog-wheel at each gripper with auxiliary cams. The machine makes one rinsing accompanied by a running-off interval, during which PET bottles are inclined to reduce liquid rests on the bottle bottom. Rinsing liquid is accumulated in a tray to prevent leakage on to the machine desk. Valves prevent rinsing liquid injection in the case of bottle absence. Treatment time can be changed easy and quickly.
