The “Vitmas” Co. supplies auxiliary equipment for full automation of PET bottles production process.

Preforms loading hopper.
The preforms are fed in bulk to the loading hopper, and then are taken out from there by means of a conveyer. Preforms feeding speed from the loading hopper is regulated by the machine electronic system.

Under gravity the preforms go upside-down to the guides, feeding the blowing machine. For each cycle the loader supplies onto the conveyer belt min. 1 and max. 4 preforms, depending on a model.

Refrigerating units.

The refrigerating units are used for mould «lips» cooling. That allows to increase the blowing machine productivity.
