The section "PET bottling. Blowing" consists of:
    Blowing machines with productivity up to 3 000 bottles/h.
    Blowing machines with productivity from 3 000 to 6 000 bottles/h.
    Blowing machines with productivity from 6 000 to 12 000 bottles/h.
    Blowing machines with productivity over 12 000 bottles/h.
    Additional equipment.

PET bottle characteristic. The PET bottle was created in 1977, when with the purpose to restrict production of two litres glass containers the Pepsi Co. together with the Du Pont Co. developed new bottles in polyethylenetereftalate for the «Pepsi-cola» drink. Two years later the «Coca-Cola» was filled into such containers, and in 90-th PET bottle gained such a popularity that became a serious competitor to glass bottle with capacity 0,5 and 0,33 litre.

The reasons of the new container’s success with customers were its durability, impermeability and lightweight, as for manufacturers, - simplification and costs of design and production reduction, so cost saving as a consequence. Moreover, the great advantage of PET bottle was a possibility of its complete utilization.

Developing of bottle and mould design. To meet their clients’ any requirements in the field of plastic container production, the “Vitmas" Co. offer blowing equipment with using of two different technologies:
- on the basis of integral process. One machine executes two combined processes: PET granules production and bottle blowing.
- by the traditional – two-stages method. The two-stages process means two separate operations: in the first one – preforms are formed at the injection machine, in the second one – they are warmed and blown at the blowing machine.

PET bottle is used for the following liquids filling:
