The transport units for bottles conveying model B3-TRB are designed for bottles interoperational storage and conveying in food liquids bottling lines into glass bottles at food industry enterprises.

The units can be supplied in different composition versions of delivery depending on equipment configuration and lines lay-out and specific consumer conditions, at that the units can differ by overall dimensions, weight, conveying length, power consumption, chain movement speed.

The bottles conveyers consist of modular single independent sections. Every section is complete with unificated units and consists of:                              
1) rectangular sections in length from 750 mm to 3000 mm (the length divisible by 375 mm). Depending on the conveyer productivity, the sections can be signle-, double-, three-, four-, six-, seven-, eight-staged;                                                                    
2) drives power from 0,55 to 2,2 kw;                                                                      
3) drive rotary heads;                                                                                   
4) strain units;                                                                                                           
5) supports, ensuring the conveyer height (chain level) from 650 to 1600 mm.     Bottles transfer is carried out by pull hinge chain in rust-resisting steel d =3 mm. To decrease the chain deterioration and friction losses there are provided polymeric lining and soapy emulsion lubrication.    
                                           
The maximum conveyer length from one drive - 10 m.
