Filling and Closing machines for not-aerated food liquids bottling.

On the basis of the machines B3-VRK/3 and B3-VFA-6 series of machines are manufactured for filling and closing of "still" drinks: alcoholic drinks, still wines, fruit juices, vegetable oils, vinegar. The machines have unificated main working parts, what simplifies maintenance and repairs. Filling can be either by level or by volume, into glass bottles, closing with crown-caps, plastic double taps, aluminium screw or plain caps or anything other according to customers' requirements. Productivity: 1800-7500 b/h (depending on bottles type and capacity). Capacity range of glass bottles: 0,375-1,0 l. All the machines parts in contact with product are made in stainless steel, machines driving gear ensures smooth productivity regulation.
